Caissa Pérez de Alejo, BCBA, LBA (Texas & Virginia), is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and a bilingual provider (English/Spanish) with a uniquely broad clinical background. Before entering the field of ABA, she worked for 10 years as a general psychiatrist, including experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, giving her a strong foundation in developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs across the lifespan.
She also has 3 years of experience as a behavior therapist, with strong training in early intervention, verbal behavior, functional communication, and parent coaching. Caissa provides culturally responsive, bilingual services and is dedicated to helping children make meaningful progress while supporting families with clear guidance and compassion.
