Catherine Tiona

Catherine Tiona is our Clinical Director. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in multiple states and has been working in the field for 13 years. Catherine Tiona began her journey working in the field of ABA shortly after learning of her younger brother’s Autism diagnosis and being one of his primary caretakers for the last 18 years. Catherine has worked with individuals aged 1 to 35 years old across all severity levels. She has a passion for encouraging and supporting high-quality ABA services and staff support. Catherine has completed undergraduate and graduate programs in Psychology, focusing on ABA and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is also very passionate about teaching student analysts and shaping the minds of future BCBA’s. Catherine is very passionate about the individuals she serves and their families, ensuring parent and family support along with the client. She loves her job and lives by the moto “If you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life.”
